• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your display name, username, email address, and authentication credentials through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In
• Profile Information: Daily goal settings, profile photos (if you choose to upload), emoji avatars, and reminder preferences
• Activity Data: Workout counts, exercise logs, daily progress, streaks, and achievement data
• Social Features: Friend connections, challenge participation, and messages related to app features

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
• Usage Data: App features used, time spent in the app, and interaction patterns
• Performance Data: Crash reports and diagnostic information to improve app stability

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Authentication Providers: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address, name, and profile photo (if you grant permission)
• Push Notifications: Device tokens to send you notifications about your progress, friend activity, and challenges

• Provide Core Features: Track your workout progress, calculate streaks, and display your activity history
• Social Features: Connect you with friends, create and manage challenges, and display leaderboards
• Personalization: Customize your experience based on your daily goals and preferences

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Other Users

• Public Profile: Your display name, username, avatar, and current streak are visible to your friends
• Leaderboard: Your display name, avatar, and ranking are visible to other users on the global leaderboard
• Challenge Participants: Users in your challenges can see your progress within that challenge

4.2 With Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate the App:

• Firebase (Google): Cloud storage, database, authentication, and push notifications
• Google Sign-In: Authentication services
• Apple Sign-In: Authentication services

These providers have access only to information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Firebase, located in data centers worldwide. Firebase complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including data encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information through the app settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and associated data through the app settings or by contacting us

You can disable push notifications in your device settings or within the app, and enable or disable daily reminders in the app settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Push Challenge is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to access your personal information, and the right to request deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

For transparency, we do NOT collect:
